Where is my order?
Your order will arrive within 3-5 days (Monday-Saturday) after it’s been placed.
You can find a personalized delivery estimate in the shipping confirmation email sent to your email address. So, if you’re wondering where your order is, please allow up to this date for your order to arrive.
A tracking link is provided in your shipping confirmation email and becomes active within 24 hours.
Delivery options and times?
We work with PostNL in the Netherlands for local and international delivery
- Standard delivery NL: 1-3 days (Mon-Sat), excluding public holidays: € 6.50
- Standard delivery EU: 3-5 days (Mon-Sat), excluding public holidays: € 13.00 – € 18.50
- Standard delivery Rest of the World: Depends on country please consult POSTNL.NL

Why is my order late?
We always aim to deliver your order within our standard delivery times, but sometimes unexpected factors can cause delays in your delivery.
Here are some reasons your delivery might be late:
- Your order was shipped during our sales and promotions season.
- Your order was shipped during a busier than usual holiday season.
- You ordered more than one product. In exceptional circumstances your order may arrive in different packages and on different dates.
- There were unpredictable circumstances beyond our control.

Missing items?
Sometimes your goods will be delivered on different dates, so first of all, check your emails from us to see if any of your items will be arriving separately. You will not be charged any additional postage costs.

Why was my order cancelled?
We will be unable to fulfill your order/item if one of the following scenarios takes place:
- Out of Stock
- The item(s) you purchased is no longer available when we go to ship your order
- Order Verification
- We are unable to verify your billing/payment information
We will notify you in a separate email.

Can I cancel or edit my order?
This is no problem, though depends on where the order is in the process. If you respond short after ordering via info@coltechcon.com, we are able to prevent shipping. If the order is shipped we ask you to return your order direct after receiving it to an address we will provide you via info@coltechcon.

I received a faulty item, what do I do?
We want to sort this issue out as fast as humanly possible. To do this, please contact info@coltechcon.com with the following information:
- Your order number
- A picture of the product and/or description of the fault
- Your full shipping name and address
- Your phone number
Thank you for your efforts, we’ll get back to you as soon as we can and send you a replacement item as quickly as we can
When will I receive my refund?
It can take up to 14 days for your return to be fully processed.
Your refund will be credited to the payment method you used when purchasing the returned items. It may take 2-3 days to clear depending on your bank.
The refund date could appear on your statement as the time of purchase or the time of refund.
Will I be charged customs and imports duties?
Import duties and VAT charges depend on the country and trade zone you reside.
For consumer deliveries within the EU we have to charge 21% VAT.
For company deliveries within the EU we can perform an intra-Community delivery if we have your VAT number. Please mention in the order form.
For parties outside the EU we do not charge VAT but local regulations will apply.
