Personal data we process
Color Technology Consultancy processes your personal data when you use our services and / or when you provide these to us yourself. Below you will find an overview of the personal data that we process via our website:

- Any company data such as Company name and VAT number

Minors aged under 16
Due to the business character and target group of our website, our website is not interesting for young people under the age of 16. However, we cannot check whether there are young people who consult our website. On request we remove the data of young people under 16 who have nevertheless visited our website.
For which purpose and on what basis do we process personal data
Color Technology Consultancy processes your personal data when you have given permission or for the implementation of an agreement. We do this for the following purposes:
- The delivery of our services.
- Sending sales invoices, quotes and other commercial documents.

For sending e-mail messages via our website we use an external SMTP provider that temporarily stores your messages. Via these log files we can check whether all e-mails have actually been sent. All e-mail messages that we receive and send are stored locally.
When we provide your information to a third party, we ensure, among other things (with an agreement) that your information is not used for other purposes. We also agree that your data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer needed.
