Personal data we process

Color Technology Consultancy processes your personal data when you use our services and / or when you provide these to us yourself. Below you will find an overview of the personal data that we process via our website:

• Any company data such as Company name and VAT number

Minors aged under 16

Due to the business character and target group of our website, our website is not interesting for young people under the age of 16. However, we cannot check whether there are young people who consult our website. On request we remove the data of young people under 16 who have nevertheless visited our website.

For which purpose and on what basis do we process personal data

Color Technology Consultancy processes your personal data when you have given permission or for the implementation of an agreement. We do this for the following purposes:

• The delivery of our services.
• Sending sales invoices, quotes and other commercial documents.
• Sending product information and other promotional e-mails, if we have received permission for this.
• Sending our newsletter
• To be able to call or e-mail you if this is necessary to be able to perform our services.
• To inform you about changes to our services and products.

In addition, we also process personal data if we are legally obliged to do so, such as data that we need for our tax return.

Automated decision making

Color Technology Consultancy does not make decisions based on automated processing on matters that may have (significant) consequences for people.

Data storage

We do not keep the data longer than necessary. This means that we keep the data for as long as necessary to deliver the service you have requested. With the exception of this, there are data that we must keep for longer because the law requires us to do so.

Provision of data to third parties

We pass on the information you provide to third parties if this is necessary for the delivery of the products or services you have ordered. For sending e-mail messages via our website we use an external SMTP provider that temporarily stores your messages. Via these log files we can check whether all e-mails have actually been sent. All e-mail messages that we receive and send are stored locally.

When we provide your information to a third party, we ensure, among other things (with an agreement) that your information is not used for other purposes. We also agree that your data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer needed.

Furthermore, we will not provide the information you provide to other parties, unless this is legally required or permitted. For example, it is possible that the police requests information from us in the context of fraud investigations. In that case we are required by law to provide this information.

To ensure that the request for inspection has been made by you, we request that you send a copy of your proof of identity with the request. Make in this copy your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Citizen service number (BSN) black.
