How do I return?
- In case you want to return a product, please send us an email first with the reason and the invoice order number in the subject.
- We will provide you with a return label free of charge and a cancellation number as soon as possible.
- Please attach the label within 5 days on the original and complete package and send it through one of the major logistical providers.
The following terms apply:
- Within 14 days, you can always return the product without mentioning the reason.
Of course, we are still interested to know why you return it.
- Between 14 and 30 days we would like to know the exact reason for the return.
Please look under “How do I return?” for the procedure.
- After 30 days it is not possible to return products except for clear warranty cases
In case of malfunctioning within a year after purchase, you can return the product with the procedure mentioned under: “How do I return?”
I don’t have the original packaging, can I return?
- In case the original packaging is lost we will deduct an amount of 10% from the purchase price.
It also depends on condition of the product returned what amount is deducted.
- Please mention this in the procedure “How do I return?”.
Can I exchange instead of a refund?
Of course, you can exchange a product as long as the products are identical.
In any other case please follow the procedure mentioned under “How do I return?”.
- Any product that were modified on your request like certain customizations cannot be returned.
- Send an email to email@example.com in case you have any doubts.
Have you received my returned item?
To return an item, we recommend using a postal service that provides tracking information like PostNL, DHL, UPS or FedEx.
Do you refund the delivery charge?
- If you return the product within 14 days of receipt, we will refund the delivery charge costs using the method provided in our return mail mentioned under the procedure “How do I return?”.
- After the term of 14 days we will not refund the postal charge other than in case of a malfunctioning product.
When will I receive my refund?
- It can take up to 14 days for your return to be fully processed.
- Your refund will be credited if possible to the payment method you used when purchasing the returned items. Mention if possible your bank account number.
- It may take 2-3 days to clear depending on your bank.
- The refund date could appear on your statement as the time of purchase or the time of refund.
